Valby Ruta

In collaboration with the Valby Ruta Project by Tuedon Ariri, I conceptualized the scenography for this short film by Brin Schoellkopf featuring Saffi Watson. Part of a series of work inspired by the unifying theme of Persian rugs; the film explores isolation, intimacy, comforts in constrictions, spatial and temporal disorientation, and glimpses of existentialism through movement and light. It presented the rare opportunity to work on a piece grounded by my vision of the scenic world and simplistic light design.
